Angelique Yoga: A life long student of movement and the connection of mind body and spirit, I received training with Paul Dallaghan (2003) in the Ashtanga yoga system as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. I studied pranayama & yogic philosophy with Sri O.P. Tiwari of the Kaivalyadhama Institute and advanced anatomy with David Keil. I have studied with the Guru, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, and continue my training with his grandson, Sri R. Sharath Jois and Kino MacGregor. During my 2011 visit to study in Mysore, I received Authorization to Teach Ashtanga Yoga from Sri R. Sharath Jois. I believe in choosing happiness and intentional evolution. I believe in love as our true nature. Challenges are sign-posts of potential growth - find joy in those moments. We must acknowledge ourselves with love and acceptance, so that we are capable of giving it freely, honestly to others. Love, honor and respect yourself and you will automatically offer the same to others - and receive it. Let energy flow, move and create. I believe that the world is a beautiful place full of magical potential, waiting to be recognized and appreciated. Create the world u want to exist in - choice is power. Be free
